The Eenpool Consultancy process

Eenpool's structured framework for carrying out consultancy consists of 6 phases. It enables our consultants to operate methodically and effectively, regardless of chosen agile or process methods, which involves improving the management and implementation of digital transformations within an organization. When using our consultants, every phase is important for achieving successful results and maximizing value for you as a customer.

The six phases form a structured process for consultancy projects in both IT Management and Digital Product Management transformations:

  1. Preliminary phase

In this phase the foundation for the consultancy project is laid. This includes identifying your needs as a customer, defining the scope of the project, setting objectives and assembling the consultancy team. The aim is to get a clear picture of what you as a customer want to achieve and how the project will be carried out.

  1. Research phase

Once the requirements have been identified, the research phase begins. Our consultants collect data, perform in-depth analyzes within both the business and IT organization and evaluate the existing situation. This includes mapping current business and IT capabilities and competencies against the digital product line and capabilities of the organization. The result is a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities within digital transformation.

  1. Vision phase

Based on the findings from the research phase, our consultants develop a vision for the future. They define strategic goals and draw up one or more digital transformation roadmaps for business and IT improvements with regard to the management of digital product lines. This is a crucial step in determining the direction of subsequent programs and projects.

  1. Advice phase

In this phase, concrete advice and recommendations are presented and discussed with you as a customer. Our consultants discuss proposals for efficiency solutions that match the vision and objectives of the organization, using their expertise and experiences with successes and failures. This advice often includes detailed plans, budget estimates and implementation strategies.

  1. Implementation phase

This is the phase where the proposed changes are brought to life. After the advice has been approved, the actual implementation of the digital transformation program or project begins. This could include restructuring business or IT processes and teams, implementing changes to IT systems, or launching digital product initiatives.

  1. Evaluation phase

During the implementation of the changes, there is this parallel phase in which our consultants evaluate a number of things. They monitor progress, measure results against set goals and identify any remaining bottlenecks or adjustments that are necessary. This phase ensures that programs and projects are completed successfully and that the intended benefits are realized.
