The workshop concept:

The workshop is a 4-hour active practical session that acts as a guide to define the strategy to address your IT transformation challenges. The workshop is attended by your decision makers and stakeholders, and is facilitated by our consultants, who are former large corporate executives with a proven track record in transformations. It helps you answer three key questions before taking your next steps in your digital transformation:

  1. What if you could look into the future and quantify the opportunities, inhibitors and risks based on the successes of others?
  2. What if you could clearly see what you could achieve between now and the next three to twelve months, and how you could go about achieving it?
  3. How does leadership get the right meters and metrics to guide the change?

To give you more insight into the critical success factors and phases of an IT transformation strategy, a specific approach by Eenpool. This approach takes you on a journey along the six necessary agile transformation value stream components that lead to a specific roadmap. This roadmap addresses the critical optimization points for the most important competencies for a set number of product chains. For each of the six value stream component panels, we focus on the motivation, reflections, focus, performance and good habits of it:

  1. Evaluate:

Market movements, current enterprise themes, ongoing programs and projects, measuring success and priorities.

  1. Explore:

What are success stories, information does not create knowledge, product-oriented organization and interconnectivity, organizational principles and the design of orchestration teams.

  1. Integrate:

Intelligent BizDevOps capabilities, team's business model canvas, key resources & anti-patterns, business use cases, agile approach.

  1. Release:

Competence vs. capability, target capability model, capability resources and matrix, capability group value per use case, agile implementation.

  1. Consume:

Product/Service Catalog, Digital Value Streams, Customer Journeys, Importance of Commitment and Dedication, Steps from As Is to How Will Be

  1. Operate:

Ownership (better, faster, safer, cheaper), behavior for success, orchestration planning, approach, coaching.

Planning:

Eenpool will schedule the delivery of this workshop at a time mutually agreed between you as the customer and Eenpool, during Eenpool's local standard business hours excluding public holidays, unless otherwise agreed. Any services provided outside of standard business hours may incur additional charges.

Location:

The workshop will be held at a Eenpool office location, alternatively a customer location is possible. For the success of the workshop it is not possible to hold it virtually. It is required that the customer participants travel to the Eenpool office location. If the workshop is given, meals and drinks are included.

Limitations:

The workshop is limited to the six agile transformation value stream components, and the strategy and information gathering for them. A workshop is conducted as a single, continuous event. For its execution, the maximum number of participants is limited to 10 customer representatives.
