Improving Collaboration

Using IT4IT and knowledge of OBM (Organisational Behavior Management), our consultants encourage collaboration between different IT teams and departments. IT4IT provides a common language and visualization. OBM contributes to positive behavior influence. Our consultants work to foster a culture of collaboration and help establish processes and structures that enable effective communication and cooperation.

By applying architectural principles and the TOGAF framework, we ensure a robust and flexible IT environment that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals. TOGAF offers a structured approach for designing, planning, implementing, and managing an enterprise architecture. We use visualizations and models specifically tailored to the involved stakeholders to eliminate ambiguities and promote effective communication.

Additionally, we utilize Mandell’s SCIPAB method to enhance our communication. SCIPAB stands for Situation, Complication, Implication, Position, Action, and Benefit. By applying these principles, we can clearly and effectively communicate about the current situation, the challenges we face, the implications of these challenges, our position and approach, the actions we take, and the benefits we expect to achieve. This ensures a clear and compelling message that engages and informs all stakeholders.

Together, these methods and principles ensure that our consultants not only improve the technical and behavioral aspects of collaboration but also provide a strategic and structured approach that enhances the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
