Etienne Terpstra-Hollander

Etienne Terpstra-Hollander is the owner of Eenpool. He is analytically strong, oversees not only the IT playing field, but also that of the business and is respected for his honest and clear approach and advice, which is based on objective analysis and integrity. His ability to understand and oversee not only the IT landscape, but also the business context, makes him a valuable professional who communicates openly and transparently.

For more than 25 years, he was responsible for global professional services for various software and consultancy firms in various roles. In his last role as an Opentext employee, he was CTO for the Professional Services organization with a focus on the Micro Focus portfolio, in which he was responsible for the digitale transformatie services that the Professional Services organization provides with the OpenText product portfolio.

Etienne also works for the global open standards consortium The Open Group®. He was a member of the supervisory board for a long time, from Micro Focus and OpenText as main sponsor, and is currently vice-chairman of the IT4IT™ Forum. He has been actively developing the IT4IT standard since 2012 and has produced several publications about the standard. Etienne is therefore an evangelist for the use of IT4IT and other standards from The Open Group, but also other frameworks around digital management and Value Stream Management.
